Heating instructions:
Preheat the oven to 425 degrees and line a sheet tray/baking tray with foil. Place the potatoes and the burger on the foil (separated) and into the oven for about 5-10 minutes depending on how done you want the burger (currently it’s at rare). **When there are just a few minutes left (about 3-4) either butter the bun and pop it onto the pan or lightly oil the tray and place the bun flat side down (so the bun doesn’t just dry out) and bake for a few more minutes. Remove the burger once it hits 140-145 degrees (for medium), if the potatoes aren’t at 135 degrees leave it in the oven for a few more minutes. Build the burger with the burger bun bottom, mixed greens (tossed in the cilantro vinaigrette), onion, sliced tomato and then the burger, finished with the burger top. ENJOY!
