Delicious tender lime cumin marinated Sweet Grass Farm chicken sauteed with Hershberger candy onions, assorted peppers, and tomatoes. Served with a side of braised organic Shagbark black beans, mild fire-roasted salsa, grilled limes, and local flour tortillas.
Chicken Marinade Ingredients:
Lime juice, cumin, garlic, cilantro, Mexican oregano, ground ancho powder, Kosher salt, White pepper, Canola oil, Olive oil.
Sweet Grass Chuck Marinade Ingredients:
Lime Juice, Cumin, Adobo, Garlic, Cilantro, Mexican Oregano, Ground Ancho Powder, Cilantro, Tomatoes, Onion, Aleppo Pepper, Kosher Salt, White Pepper, Canola Oil, Olive Oil.
Vegetables:
Roma Tomatoes, Poblano Peppers, Green Peppers, Red Peppers, Hershberger Candy Onions, Garlic, Kosher Salt, White Pepper, Olive Oil, Canola Oil.
Black Beans:
Shagbark organic black beans, water, Hershberger candy onions, garlic, lime juice, cumin, bay leaves, salt and black pepper.

Heating Instructions:
Reheat the protein/vegetable to above 140 degrees. Heat the local flour tortillas lightly on a hot flat sauté pan and repackage in foil to keep warm. Reheat beans to above 135 degrees.
