Preparation Instructions: Place the entire container into the oven ( remove the plastic wrap first) at 400 degrees and bake for approximately 40-50 minutes. Remove the parchment/foil and bake for another 5 min to brown the top slightly. Serve and garnish with maple syrup. Or serve out a portion, microwave for 30 second intervals. Garnish with maple syrup.
