Lo Mein Dinner

Heating instructions: Preheat the oven to 425 and place protein on foil or parchment. Bake until they become crispy and reach above 140 degrees. While the proteins are heating, place a large skillet on the stove until it's warm. Than add the noodle portion, sauce and 1/4 c. water, and cover. Every minute stir and fluff the noodles until they heat through. It will take about 4-5 minutes as long as the skillet was hot. Plate by portioning the noodles and placing the crispy protein on top, garnish with scallions and ENJOY!
